Dick Pitman was a beloved founding board member of Operation Christmas Hope. He proudly served on the board for 8 years until his passing on March 17, 2023.
Even through his many health challenges, Dick always had a smile on his face and was honored to serve our Veterans in need. Dick's passing left a huge hole in our hearts.

Dick Pitman was a beloved founding board member of Operation Christmas Hope. He proudly served on the board for 8 years until his passing on March 17, 2023.

The Xmas Hope committee created The Dick Pitman Memorial Fund to honor Dick's legacy of selflessness and love of family. All donations go to assist surviving spouses/partners and dependents of Veterans and active military. This special fund will aid surviving family members with housing, utilities, funeral expenses, food, clothing and necessities.
We believe Dick would be proud that money raised in his memory will assist grieving families.
